Snack food plant to create 60 Wayne County jobs
GOLDSBORO — A manufacturer of meat protein snacks will build its first United States plant in Wayne County, creating 60 jobs over a three-year period, state officials announced Thursday.
Stormberg Foods LLC says it will invest nearly $2.5 million in the Goldsboro production facility.
“North Carolina works hard to attract international companies, and they quickly come to appreciate both our friendly business climate and our warm and welcoming people,” Gov. Roy Cooper said in a statement.
